so I had an issue with the fact that I was racially profiled and wrongfully accused of something which left me unable to make a gig, (was in jail) WRONGFULLY.. now what does this have to do with gigsalad? I had a gig last year which I couldn't make due to the legal situation, so I returned the payment HOWEVER the next gig I booked was recently for may of 2025. when I booked the gig I was supposed to get my deposit right away but they held my payment and said they would give me my deposit in may two days AFTER the performance... read more
Company and Santa Irwin failed. Our 12/15/24 reservation for Santa was made 12/19/23, a year prior to our event. In the full year of time, at no point did Gig Salad double check and confirm details of the event. A token, auto generated email was sent to confirm, but nobody is actually looking through the reservations, because if they did, SOMEONE would have reached out with questions.
