We had an agreement on buying a hot tub that was for sale by the property owner and handled by Mark. He promised to text or call me back to arrange a pickup, he never did. When I called next day in rude manner was told it is sold already and he simply hang up on me in a middle of the conversation, very unprofessional. When I called back right away he simply didn't pick up. He lie to me and never responded, I would not trust of selling or buying a property to rude and person like this.
I love Bette. She is so patient and knowledgeable. She is a professional in every way. I can’t recommend her enough!
