I’ve used this company for 5 years now and from day one they have been willing to help, always answer when I have problems or need help with something, the woman I’ve dealt with personally for the last five years has been such a gem. I went through a hard time and was in between jobs a couple years ago and if it wasn’t for their help I don’t think I’d have my apartment today.
I am looking for a property and they had some listings I was interested in. The first property had a pet with the current occupants. I asked if the unit would be professionally cleaned including carpets. I was advised the tenants are to clean prior to moving out. Asking for 3 months of rent upfront plus an application fee, you can have the property move in ready and professionally cleaned .
