Easy to get ahold of and communicate with! Very nice and helpful with anything I needed while renting
Stacey is the best to ever work with, she’ll always answer all your questions and very polite and professional. Never had any issue here as a tenant, everyone in the building is clean , respectful, never dirty in the hallways and never had any noise complaints ever. The rent is more than affordable with all units with it’s own washer and dryer.
Extremely pleasant and personable. Issues were addressed promptly and with urgency. Feels like renting from family-everyone cares.
The staff is very polite, especially Maria who answers any and all of my many, many questions. As a renter, the leases are pretty standard but have wiggle room if would like to figure out a clause adjustment. The portal is easy to use and always available. There can be some confusion on what is the landlord’s decision and what is Giglio’s decision.
Enjoyed dealing with them as a tenant! Always responsive!
