Extremely pleasant and personable. Issues were addressed promptly and with urgency. Feels like renting from family-everyone cares.
The staff is very polite, especially Maria who answers any and all of my many, many questions. As a renter, the leases are pretty standard but have wiggle room if would like to figure out a clause adjustment. The portal is easy to use and always available. There can be some confusion on what is the landlord’s decision and what is Giglio’s decision.
Enjoyed dealing with them as a tenant! Always responsive!
