Please stop by! This location is under the new owner since October of 2025. It’s not called Gigis anymore , it’s EuroSpa Oasis . New energy new positive vibe. All the previous bad reviews don’t apply to EuroSpa.

I called and was told one price for a service and then when I went I was given a MUCH higher price. Not only was Gigi rude and unprofessional, but she tried blaming me, saying I must have misread the info online! I had already told her it was the price I was given over the phone. Then, I went to go to the bathroom and when I returned the door was locked and my bag, keys and phone were in there! I will never go back here after being treated this way!! Completely disrespectful to a new customer!

I booked a teen facial because it matches what my skin needs which is mainly congestion, no frills. I'm 20, and nowhere in the description did it say the teen facial was only for people under 16. When I arrived, the esthetician didn't mention the service I booked at all, she just said she'd be doing a deep cleanse based on my skin. That would've been fine if she had told me it was a different, more expensive service. But nothing was said about a price change until checkout where I was charged $20 more than expected.
