I scheduled cleaning services for Jan 7 with Gigi about two weeks ago. GiGi texted to confirm everything the night before and we were all set. She was scheduled to show up for 9am and never showed up. She never answered any calls nor texts. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I waited for about three hours just in case she popped up at my home. A phone call to reschedule goes a long way.
