Had Luigi drop by for an estimate. Prior to coming I gave him my address only to get a msg back starting with "Correct address". Gee, I've only lived here most of my life and Toronto has borough's in it. My license does not say Toronto. That's fine. I chose to ignore the response. When he came he was friendly, but he brought his child which wasn't the best idea. I get it that sometimes we can't get care for our kids but I would have been willing to reschedule. I am so glad I found Gigi he gave me excellent advice throughout and did a brilliant job. His workmanship has been much admired in the couple of weeks since the job was completed. Very highly recommended.

I have worked with Luigi on a few projects now- one full gut of our ground floor, and one smaller job when we first bought our house to get us in the door. He is honest, fair, pleasant to work with, and the quality of his work is always excellent. He has an attention to detail that is difficult to find in residential contractors.
