When I walked in, I said hello and that I wanted a haircut. The lady (wears glasses) got up from her chair like she didn't even want to even be there. I showed her an example on my phone on how I wanted my haircut and was explaining how i wanted it. She wasn't responsive much and hardly made any attempts to even ask a question to make sure what I wanted, so I assumed she knew. Rocio me atendió, me hizo dos mechones platinados y el resto del cabello café, Me atendió muy bien, me explicó cómo cuidarme el cabello, es la primera vez que voy, y definitivamente voy a volver cuando sea retoque o corte. 100% recomendado.
