This was my first time using Gigi for flowers and it was an adventure for sure. I ordered my flowers and unfortunately they were not ready. They did offer a drop off free of charge and it did take some time, but they provided more than what was agreed to as a sign of great customer service. The flowers were gorgeous and my wife absolutely loved them. I think I found my go to florist now.
