She is the worst ! She gave me an appointment at 7:30am and she’s 1 hour away from me , then she said she mix her schedule to come back at 8am I was like ok then she push me to 9am and the. At 10am she told me she was not able to see me horrible customer service the worst ! She got me infront of the store since 7am and told me at 10am she was not able to assist me like what she should have told me since the beginning I do not recommend rude and not professional!!!! I called to ask about lashes and let her know that I had lashes and the girl who answered the phone just said “oh no the girl don’t work on top of anybody else’s lashes”. And she just hung up. She didn’t say we will be happy to put on a new set when would you like to book an appointment, nothing. Horrible customer service. I would suggest another place with much more experience with hose to conduct customer service while running a business ladies!
