Great cupcakes. Staff could be friendlier.
Placed an order online and paid for it. I went to pick it up, and the business was closed. Business hours stated they were open. Others were outside the business too, confused. When I called to get my charges reversed, she was rude and said, "Well, we couldn't do it. We were closed." It took asking several times for her to take care of my refund. Hoping to find out in 4-10 business days.
I got these valentines inspired cupcakes for my family and they were so delicious!! I originally got 8 but one didn’t make it into the photos. I definitely recommend this place if anyone has a sweet tooth!
Custom made cupcakes had bakers curly hairs in 2 of 8 cupcakes. They didn't even apologize nor offer to replace. Management is horrible as well. Update... 2 years later and again on my birthday disgusting dry inedible chemical taste. I'm done. I'm complaining to corporate. At $5 per cupcake they should be moist and tasty. 0/100. BUY SMALL CAKES INSTEAD
Always delicious. Very pretty. There is a lot of icing relative to cake, just letting folks know. Be sure to keep them very cool, the icing can droop off. My mom loves to get the gluten-free vanilla cupcake and they do always have it.
