Great Job on my daughters custom Birthday Cake!!! Beautiful and delicious.
Love their cupcakes but their customer service is absolutely horrible! They go months without emailing back in regards to a WEDDING ORDER and no one knows how to call their customers back in regards to a WEDDING order. They have officially lost our business.
I ordered my 5-yr-old's birthday cupcakes 2 days in advance, paying the pricy "customized cupcakes" fee and extra 11% tips. At pickup time, nothing ready at all. In 30 mins they finished something and gave it to me without saying even a "Sorry". What could I do? My little one and his whole class were still waiting for the cupcakes and the simple birthday party in the class. So I took it anyway 25 mins before the party started. Ordered a cake for my son's 8th birthday and they did awesome! Spoke with them about what we wanted and they delivered. Cake tasted and looked great. My son's smile when he saw it was priceless. Thank you so much!!
Epps bridge please, please, please make more chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes. This is my reward for eating good all week, but 9 times out of 10 you are out of my favorite on the weekend and it's super disappointing. I have called ahead to see if they were still in stock but by the time I got there they were all gone. :( It's obviously a favorite please make more!!! Still 5 stars because it taste that good!!
