The cupcakes were delicious, the service was subpar. We entered and one of their staples is greeting everyone by saying “Welcome to Gigi’s” and as silly as it sounds I was excited to be greeted that way and was not. The lady working barely smiled at my fiance and I and quickly asked what we would like. As soon as she rang us up, she walked into the back and disappeared for the duration of our stay to eat our treat. Maybe she was having a bad day.
Recommendedthey are amazing and everything is always nice and tastes good.. I cant get enough of this place... A must try and I will say it's worth the drive..
I’m not a person to write reviews however I’m all about customer service. My daughter loves Gigi’s cupcakes. She loves the HUGE swirl of icing and the colorful combinations. I go in all the time just to buy 1 cupcake to make my girl smile. Order the same confetti cupcake numerous times and request adding a “J” for my daughters name. However, I will NOT be back. When I go in and the girl at the front tells me “that’s not my job” to add a “J” out of pure laziness (bc every other person has) I will take my business somewhere el... read more
So I met Mark, to work a tournament, The Open at Flat Creek Winery and Vineyards. What a delightful snack. Loved the cupcakes Mark.
Went there earlier this month and was very impressed with cupcakes and the staff. Very happy.
CUPCAKES WERE AMAZING AND MOIST HAD SO MUCH FLAVOR.....and the ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED ME WAS VERY WELCOMING...
Not AT ALL what I ordered. I paid almost $200 for a cake and 3 dozen cupcakes and was so disappointed. The cake did NOT look at all like it was supposed to,it was hard on the inside and wasn’t ready for pick up. Way to over priced for something that looked like even Wal-Mart could have done it. I won’t be back.
