Generally I enjoy these cupcakes, but was very disappointed on my last visit. I bought a 1/2 dozen and the cakes were dry and flavorless. These cupcakes were a special request from my husband for his birthday and unfortunately he didn't have a very special day.

Very inconsistent. The gluten free today were pitiful with the same amount of frosting as a mini. The customer service wasn't great. I wish there was more consistency in the product.
Bought cupcakes here for the first time last week. Loved each flavor, I'll have to try the cheesecakes next. The chocolate chip cookie is a family favorite!
I love Gigi's!!!! Cupcakes are always fresh, and ABSOLUTELY delicious!
