It hurts me to write this review because I’ve been a GiGis fan for years. I would go on a weekly basis when I lived in TN for school. The last 3-4 times that I’ve ordered from this location, the cake has been extremely dry. It’s not the Gigis I love. This location is not consistent with GiGis quality, please fix it.
I love this Gigi’s so much. The owner is amazing and so thoughtful and caring about her customers. Cupcakes are amazing. Try the champagne it’s my personal favorite.
Love the cupcakes and the new owners! Not the same Gigi's as before. New owners took over in July. Customer service was excellent!

What a fabulous store! They make some of the most delicious cupcakes I've ever eaten, and the most beautiful. The customer service is also wonderful. I hope everyone stops by to try a cupcake!
Worst service ever! Sam, the girl behind the counter was rude to our whole party. The cupcakes were dry and tasted old. It may have been later in the evening, but that’s not a reason to not keep the place clean and tidy. So sad that this business is going down hill so fast, not to mention the lack of customer service. Looking at all the other reviews now, shows that I’m not the only one who has experience such bad customer service.
