The chocolate tarte is a delicious, dark, super rich, brownie-like delicacy. It was suggested to me and it does not disappoint! It's not really a cupcake - and they have homemade popsicles now too. �
I don't usually do reviews, But my wife and I are at St.Vincent's. You know the place where babies come from! Well they just brought in a 4 pack of Gigi's cupcakes, we have to say best cupcakes we've ever had!! Now I'm just upset they're gone!!;( thank you St Vincent's and Gigi's cupcakes we enjoyed them!
I came in around 6 today to pick up cupcakes for my grandsons party. I got 3 chocolate 2 lemon and 1 wedding cake. It should have been $12 plus tax. The lady behind the counter kept telling me that she gave me a deal by doing buy 5 get 1 free. My total was $19 and some change. I tried to get her to understand that I just wanted 6 at $2 each. I had my son with me so I paid the $19 and change and left. All the cupcakes I got were on the special $2 each.

Want be back ! The front counter person had the worst attitude.
The is the first and last time I will be going to Gigi's Cupcakes. I placed an online order and they couldn't find my order..then they proceeded to tell me that those items were not even available although they were available to choose online!! So, needless to say, I did not receive any of the items I actually ordered because I had to settle for choosing what they had!! Not happy! Bad business!
This is the last time I will be going to GiGi's. I just left and the woman checking me out had the worst attitude & was rushing me out that I ended up getting the wrong cupcakes. I'm sorry but I won't be back.

Health and safety needs to shut them down. I found an acrylic nail in my undercooked cupcake, GROSS! Wear gloves people! And when you DO wear gloves, maybe don't handle the food and money with the same gloves. The cup cakes here are nothing special and there is way too much icing. Also, your employs are rude. Judging by the incompetence here, I don't see how this chain became so popular.
