These cupcakes are not all fresh. I know they bake some ahead of time and freeze them. I also know they put "Crisco" into some of the frostings, yucky. Way too much frosting, it's all for show and to charge an outrageous price. The cheesecakes are sent from the Cheesecake factory frozen as I'm sure the pies must frozen too and sent in.

Love the minis too! Wonderful flavored cake and icing!
I like the decorations and they taste good but sometimes it's to much frosting or a little to sweet but good ;)
