The older lady associate was so rude when I came in yesterday her attitude was so nasty towards me….such an unpleasant experience the other younger associate however was very nice and she had great customer service
I'm sorry to hear about the inappropriate behavior from staff. I'm disgusted to hear people of color were followed around. The store is supposed to be INclusive. Geez, get a grip. I was completely ignored when I went I was looking for some cute wigs because I lost all my hair from cancer treatment. It took a lot of courage for me to go into a store I've never been before. tried to buy the “miz” lashes that correlated with the sign. when i went to checkout the cashier said that the sign was wrong and she wasnt able to honor the sale. They are running business bad if they are false advertising to make me pay more at checkout. Mind you the ladies in the store didnt know the difference between 13mm-40mm and the style number of the lashes and were telling me i was wrong, i have never experienced someone blatantly not know what they were talking about and make the customer frustrated, mind you who ... read more

This business cannot be trusted. They made me believe that they did return , but then they told me I can only do store credit. My daughter went there to buy hair color for me. She did not get the right color and immediately after buying it , she went back in the store to return it . They told her she couldn’t return it. They asked her if she had opened it.
