Extremely disappointing and unprofessional I booked this head spa appointment weeks ago and even arranged half a day off work so I could enjoy it. I accidentally arrived an hour early because I had mixed up the time. I went into the salon and was told I was early. I had a signature head spa, AMAZING! It's now my monthly treat to myself. I book with sophie, she is so lovely and amazing at the Japanese head treatment. The best treatment I've ever had. Salon is beautiful, clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend
