They did open on their day off to service me but other than that, I did not have a good experience here. I sent my reference pictures, was given a quote, and was told it would be no problem. It wasn’t until I got there that my braider said she couldn’t do stitch braids. I agreed to continue the service as long as the feed in cornrows weren’t going to be bulky which she confirmed. Amazing customer service. Clean environment. My only complaint is better parts, the twists I’ve received are beautiful but the parts are not so great, kind of crooked ! Also my baby hair is braided with the hair and it hurts lol , other than that everything was great !
I’ve been going to Gigi since I was 15 years old , her customer service and services are very excellent. She very understanding and willing to work with you when you don’t like something . I see her growth and her staffs are wonderful . I will highly recommend any one to come to her shop her braiding is neat and also she have some awesome braiders in her shop, so again I highly recommend GiGi shop! Thank you for all the beautiful hairstyles you’ve done in my hair I will be coming to you until . ♥️ also she grew my hair !!!
I went there she worked with me , which I love but I also paid for a wash and blow dry on the side. The person who washed and blow dryed my hair acted like she had an attitude the whole time she was roughing on my hair and everything I didn’t make a big deal I just said something now i take my hair out on 3/31/26 & I have no hair, damaged short and barely to anything when I went there my hair was at the middle of my back. From the time I walked in the door,and sat in the stylist chair it was such an awesome experience everyone was so nice and professional.very organized and clean.I would higher recommend Gigi's hair braiding salon.They offer a variety of styles there also I LOVE MY HAIR
