The quality of care that I have received from Dr. Dawood has been excellent. She is knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and answers all questions. She is easy to talk to and very responsive to patient needs. I'm so happy to have found her. Also her nurse Joseph reflects these qualities as well. A great team.
I wanted to try a natural approach before trying radiation. She told me, "if you don't want radioactive iodine then I will hog-tie you and give it to you anyway". She then proceeded to never return my phone calls and blame me for her having to cancel my unknown appointments. She also never sent over one piece of paperwork to my new endocrinologist after 2 requests and a phone call. I found Dr. Dawood to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. She took an hour and a half to meet with me as a new patient. She educated me on things I did not know about diabetes management. She was friendly and made me feel important. I am so happy to have found an endocrynologist that will help me on this journey. She is the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Rude doesn’t talk with her clientele, refused to discuss her beliefs or findings. Her diabetes management skills are an embarrassment and really she should lose her license
