After declining service. The dentist directly texted me trying to guilt trip me and make me feel bad for finding a new dentist. Stating I needed to do “whats best for my child” - like excuse me, I am doing whats best for my child by going to a different dentist who isn’t pushy, doesn't guilt trip, and knows how to be professional. Staff were all so helpful. My child’s first dentist experience was successful thanks to the patience and understanding of them. We will definitely be back
I love the fact that the place is clean, and the entire team is so respectful and nice. They make the experience comfortable and stress-free for both kids and parents.
