Nelly is amazing!
I have been going to Giggles for over 5 years. It's a neighborhood salon. My daughters and grandchildren have had services there too. Nelly treats me like a queen and always does a great job. There are tons of salons to choose from, but Nelly is why I keep coming back. Everyone loves her! And you cant beat her prices too.
