My laptop caught a virus. My software was telling me it had it but would not remove it. I brought my laptop in, they removed the virus and none of my programs or personal files were compromised. What a relief! And the best part, is that Gigamajig is right around the corner if I have any other concerns. Thank you so much!

Took my step daughters 3DS to be repaired. The service guys were very friendly & seemed determined to make sure its fixed. I pick it up tomorrow. Hoping they are able to fix it.
Great service and for a reasonable price! After both shattering the glass on my iPhone 4S screen and my battery burning out, I was able to get my phone replaced in under 2 hours!! Thanks so much for your help and I'm sure I'll be back for more tech repairs in the future!
