I walked into this store for the first time over a year ago with my boyfriend and we both had no knowledge of 40k but a great interest in learning more about it. The owner spoke with us for at least an hour going over all the armies and basic game play. He also never once pressured us to purchase anything! I left the store with my first ever box set. A great place with friendly staff and customers. I exclusively recommend it to friends who are new in the area.
Don't order from this store online. I placed my order three days ago and it still hasn't shipped. They told me it would go out yesterday, when I asked, and yet it still hasn't. I only had 5 cards in the order and it didn't require tracking. All they literally had to do was put the cards in a top loader inside a plain white envelope, slap a stamp on it, and leave it out in their mailbox to be picked up. Poor customer service.
A great place to come and have a game, plus the food is good and super convenient when playing. I enjoy Giga and it is be an awesome place to hang out!
