Horrible company. Does not maintain rentals up to code. They do not fulfill service or maintenance requests from renters. Renters and owners beware.
Richard Varlay sold Gig Harbor Property Management January 1st 2021. Any reviews after that date are not a result of Richard's management and conduct while owning the company. GPM had a 5 star rating before it was sold.
Terrible company, I hired them on to manage my duplex. I signed all of the paperwork transferred the deposit for the existing tenant over and everything. Then stopped hearing from them for months, I called emailed and nothing in return. I finally went to another property management company, fortunately I was able to actually get my deposit back. LANDLORDS STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
Wish that 0 was an option. We hired GHPM to manage our HOA. The Owner misrepresented his company's abilities and we were forced to fire them less than 90 days in. During our notification of termination on ZOOM, he told our HOA president to "shut her snot-box" (She was sick with COVID). Stay well clear of this company. Nothing but lies, delays and excuses.
