Finally moved out after 5 years of being a loyal customer. Most of the time I paid six months in advance. Just couldn't stand the manager anymore. He acts like the storage is a Kingdom that he's the king of and he doesn't really like you being there. One day I came and saw the door to the building where my unit is located, had heavy damage. He told me a female customer had snuck in and was sleeping in her unit. And had gotten locked in. So she was inside with all of our units unattended. James the owner helped us out so much when we got a van stuck in the snow/ice on the hills around the units moving storage out. He gave us a ride back to our car in a snow storm.
This place is awesome. I have 2 units here. They have a coded gate, lots of security cameras and a manager that lives on site. What more could you want from a storage facility. It is very clean there.
