25 year old garage door openers were starting to act fatigued. Finally one broke and we opted to replace all three. Price was fair. Scheduled within 5 days. Showed up on time and completed all work efficiently and expeditiously. Everything cleaned up and old motors hauled off. No problems, would recommend.
Answered immediately and dropped everything he was doing to take time to listen. My door was stuck about half way down. I have a lot of expensive toys in my garage and had to have someone come out immediately. They were very helpful and fixed my door THAT DAY. Extremely happy with the work that was done. Would use their services again.

I called and Byron was quick to answer the phone, got to my house the same day, and was able to fix the old door opener, saving us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend Gig Harbor Garage Doors -- ignore the bad reviews!
Byron is wonderful!! Prompt, knowledgeable, great problem solving skills with our old doors with a couple of different problems. He quickly resolved our issues and we were very pleased with his customer service. This guy really knows his stuff! Will definitely use his services in the future!
I was a little apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but I thought I would give them a chance. I called this morning around 10 am and he was at my home by 3 pm. He answered on the first call and was incredibly responsive. Within 1/2 hour, he fixed both garage doors by making the necessary adjustments and educated me on how I can easily keep my garage doors functioning at their best. I would highly recommend this company.
