My experience with this excuse for a doctor was so bad that I don't really know where to start. He gave me a diagnosis - or rather mumbled it to his assistant - and didn't explain it to me at all. He didn't ask important questions, and he made a lot of assumptions about me without clarifying. He ignored me when I tried to correct him. He gave me a religious speech at the end of the appointment that made me very uncomfortable. If here 10 stars were an option I would like to give 10 stars. Dr, McAlexander is the best doctor I ever seen as a foot specialist. He is very professional and did not miss small details on my X-rays pictures that was explained to me by other healthcare providers that was saying no issues. He found out that the reason why my injured ankle was hurting and explained we showing my X-rays results. All clinic staff members are very helpful and friendly.
