I took my wife to Dr. Jim McAlexander to get some much needed help for her toes. She hasn't been able to wear shoes or go out anywhere because of her pain. She had a bad experience with another podiatrist a few years ago and wasn't wanting to try again. But, Dr. James McAlexander and his team made her feel right at home immediately. Very thorough, friendly, and gave me a variety of treatment options. The whole staff was a pleasure to work with.
An excellent foot doctor who takes the time to answer questions and explain the process. He also knows about natural therapies and uses them. A supportive and very knowledgeable staff to help navigate the insurance reimbursement journey.
Was very disappointed with this. Could not get a appointment whatsoever, kept being canceled on 3 separate occasions due to only 1 podiatrist being sick all the time. Then being rescheduled for late may and they are closed all week. Seeing someone else.
