I was so shocked by some of the reviews. I had a amazing experience with Gifted Hands. Gifted Hands decorated my daughter’s slime theme birthday party. She did an amazing job. My daughter still talks about her “Slime” theme party til this day. I am planning on having Gifted Hands planned and decorate all of her milestones birthday parties. The owner responded to me in a timely manner and never made me doubt that she wasn’t going to deliver. The team and decor is beautiful! Great work! Communication/ responsiveness is lacking to the point of trusting if they will meet obligations.
One hack of an event planner. In all my years I've never met a more professional company. Blown away. Everything was prefect.
I posted the following comment on her instagram page and within mintues she deleted it and blocked me: sis she does not answer the phone and won't tell me her name. I asked several times so that I could address her accordingly and her only reply by text was she is busy with events on the weekends. The fact that she could delete and block me within minutes but won't even answer a phone call nor important questions via text e.g. 'What is your name so that I address you properly?' is insane.
