Just called this buisness and despite their webpage. I was informed they no longer do roofs! 6/1/2023
We used Gifford to roof our house and do the drywall when we were remodeling. We had some initial issues, as we did with most of the subs we used, however after talking with Richard, he got personally involved and worked to resolve those issues. He and his team made multiple visits and checked in to make sure things were progressing to our satisfaction.
The absolute worst roofing contractor in Jacksonville. They did the roof and drywall for our home renovation, total renovation in 2019. We are having to pay to have our roof repaired again because the workmanship was so poor. They also did our Hardiboard siding and it was also done so poorly it is being redone. We would rather pay someone else to fix what they did than to have them even try to “ fix “ it. I was referred to Gifford Roofing, by Mr. Brian Ragins Adjuster for All Star Adjusters. I met with Adam Houser at my home. Adam, was very polite, kind and professional. I felt he was being honest about the purpose of my roof and he represented the Company well. The contract was completed on a timely manner. Mr. Houser continued communication, without any problems.
