We finished our house with Gifford Homes not too long ago, and I can honestly say it was a good experience from start to finish. Rich is very hands-on and easy to talk to. If I had a question, he answered it. If something needed attention, it got handled. The quality of the build speaks for itself. Solid work and no drama. I’d build with them again.
Building a custom home can be nerve-wracking, but Gifford Homes made it way easier than I expected. They kept us in the loop and were straight with us the whole time. No runaround. No guessing. The house turned out beautiful, and you can tell they care about the details. We’re really happy with how everything came together.
While I have never personally had the opportunity to have a fabulous custom home built by this company, I have followed them on social media and truly appreciate their workmanship.
