Care more about their staff, than their patients. I expressed my frustration after being jerked around for 5 months with no results with the nurse Amanda , to only be told to be nice to their nurse staff, or else today at my appointment. Spent more time telling me how to act, then taking care of my issues. If you want a doctor who could care less, Tillinghast is for you.
I attempted to call after-hours for a quick question about my son's upcoming appointment. I was greeted with "Gifford Medical Center, how can I redirect your call?" I begin to explain my question when I'm cut off with, "Gifford Medical Center, how can I redirect your call?" followed shortly by "Hello?" as if they couldn't hear me. They hang up.
