I was quoted a price for a repair but was later billed more than double without being contacted to approve the higher cost. The company acknowledged they should have called with an update before completing the repair but declined to adjust the invoice. Be sure to ask for approval before any additional work is performed. The repair was prompt and satisfactory so I would have rated the company higher if not for the misleading pricing.
Back a year later to give flowers AGAIN! What a reliable company!! Brian was able to come out and help me same day! With the days getting hotter, Giesbrecht is the only company I’d call to save the day. Thank you so much for your quick and reliable service!
