Great overall experience
I wanted to give this company 1 star but the woman who answered the phone was so nice and professional I felt I had to rate it higher. apparently this company is so busy they aren't able to help new customers. They need to let the front desk know that. I have wasted a week waiting for the technician to call but they never did. When I called back today the woman who answered the phone was again very nice and apologized that they were not able to help me in a timely manner
