Really unhappy with the finish they recommended and post project service. Can’t get a call back.
Their workers were very friendly and did an outstanding job refinishing our old oak floors. They suggested applying three coats, which greatly improved the look. They also cleared away their trash and left the rooms tidy. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them to others.
2023: Floors and stairs were refinished. Some wood was replaced. We were very happy with the quality of the work. The floors are over 30 years old but they look like new. Highly recommend them for refinishing work. Update 2026: We had our kitchen modeled and in the process a wall was removed and base cabinets were eliminated. Excellent selection of hardwoods and LVP. Very knowledgeable and helpful in picking which products best suited my family. Ultimately went with LVP because of its durability and low maintenance. Finished project looks great. Greatly appreciate Gideon’s Hardwood Floors craftsmanship and attention to detail.
I highly recommend their hardwood floor refinishing services! They did an excellent job matching the existing color and even created a custom transitional piece into the bathroom for a seamless look. Throughout the process, they were professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
