When I had been referred to Dr Richard’s, he was condescending, rude and didn’t look at when I was having my consultation. I wanted to believe he was having a bad day… but on day of my surgery he was still the same way. I wanted ask few questions and was in a hurry. He didn’t even come out afterwards to check on me, was told he doesn’t do that! Never heard of any Dr not doing it. Lack of follow-up after surgery impossible for office contact office by phone
This doctor does not care about his patients. Never called to let me know they received the results of the CT scan like other doctors. When I called for the results, the only way to get the results is with a physical appointment. It's about collecting money from the insurance. It's not about helping you!
I'm always welcomed by the receptionist and waits to get what I want done are quite short. I do have trouble trying to understand what Dr. Richards has to say (hearing aids) but those who take for my appointments understand and I am informed by them. At 101 years of age and having had a catheter installed for most of my last year of life I find that making a change, no catheter, disturbs my security.
