Customer service is lacking at Gideon! I will not use them again. I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed an HVAC inspection. The first attempt to do the inspection didn't happen and noone notified us that there was a problem until we called to inquire. When we did we found that the technician did not have access to the home. This was untrue. My agent had provided all the instructions for entering the home and who to call if there was any issue.
