I am updating my review from four years ago. As long as I have been a patient with Gideon Family Care, I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a family physician that does not concider you anoter warm body or a number, this is the place!!!! They take the time to listen to you and don't rush you in and out like most places. Rachel and Amber have been with me through some of my darkest moments, and that makes me feel like I matter. Thank you Gideon family for all that you do.
Best place to seek family care ! They take the time to understand what is going with you . Best experience in my opinion. I would definitely recommend.The front desk always answers and if not you can leave a message, also they provide an after hours number . They promptly return any calls within a timely manner.
I've been a patient for a couple years now. Amber and Rachel are both excellent at what they do! They are both very caring and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Gideon Family Care
Can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone and when they do, they have an attitude. Also, anytime I call and they don’t answer I’ll be leaving another 1 star from a different account. There should be NO reason I can’t even get a call back from the voicemail I left.
