Grossly incompetent and unprofessional. Getting your prescriptions to the pharmacy or, God forbid, a refill, is a nightmare. Communication doesn't exist at this place, so don't be surprised if your messages are never returned. My provider liked to blame the patient whenever she screwed up and would throw a tantrum when called out on it, stomping down the hall and slamming doors. There are plenty of providers in South OKC, I would avoid this one.

I am updating my review from four years ago. As long as I have been a patient with Gideon Family Care, I have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a family physician that does not concider you anoter warm body or a number, this is the place!!!! They take the time to listen to you and don't rush you in and out like most places. Rachel and Amber have been with me through some of my darkest moments, and that makes me feel like I matter. Thank you Gideon family for all that you do.

Best place to seek family care ! They take the time to understand what is going with you . Best experience in my opinion. I would definitely recommend.The front desk always answers and if not you can leave a message, also they provide an after hours number . They promptly return any calls within a timely manner.
