I’ve had a fair number of Purolator parcels come through this location over the years, and I’ll be honest the woman who’s usually behind the counter is a pretty sour sort. Oh gosh where to start? This is the worst package pick up I've ever been too and I'm not the only person with this kind of experience... Family run businesses seem to not have the first clue about customer service and experiences like this just perpetuate the stereotype... The only employee managing the parcel pick up ASKED ME what it was packaged in as if I was there when it was packaged with an attitude!
