Absolutely awkward and horrible customer service. I went in with full intentions to spend money and was treated like I wasn't welcome. The lady behind the desk wouldnt even look at me while i asked her where to locate an item. This store will never recieve our business again. Greeting customers with respect is for sure not this stores motto.
Not a great experience. I find the place very cluttered, dusty and unkept. The also a package drop/pickup location and the packages are all over the place. It kinda raises my anxiety everytime I have to go there.
Oh gosh where to start? This is the worst package pick up I've ever been too and I'm not the only person with this kind of experience... Family run businesses seem to not have the first clue about customer service and experiences like this just perpetuate the stereotype... The only employee managing the parcel pick up ASKED ME what it was packaged in as if I was there when it was packaged with an attitude!
