Oh gosh where to start? This is the worst package pick up I've ever been too and I'm not the only person with this kind of experience... Family run businesses seem to not have the first clue about customer service and experiences like this just perpetuate the stereotype... The only employee managing the parcel pick up ASKED ME what it was packaged in as if I was there when it was packaged with an attitude! The person on the phone doesnt know how to talk its like they are paying us to give them business if you cannot hold the pressure of your job you can quit honestly I feel sorry for such people
