Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes until anyone came up front on a slow, Thursday afternoon. The young lady didn’t even apologize for the wait. Ordered a specialty latte (S’mores flavor off the menu), and then got charged for the flavored syrup, whipped cream and drizzle separately. Drinks are good but service is terrible it does not take 20 minutes to make coffee
I’ve been in Washington all week… without good coffee. 😔 So happy I found this place!!!
