Dr. Giddens is gone, Kim is gone. A formerly 5 star business has has gone downhill big time. I used to love coming here for the doc and the service, but no longer. Good-bye.
Stepped on my glasses then wired the arm back on to get me to Giddens. The technician installed new screws in both arms, changed the nose pads and straightened the frames while we tried to make light of my situation. She was excellent and very sweet. She also did a few adjustments once the repairs were completed. I don't recall her name, but I appreciate all the ladies that took the time to get me seeing clearly again!
Had a great experience in this clinic, Dr. Ardali was knowledgeable and helped me with my eye exam. The staff were all friendly and approachable. Will definitely recommend.
