I cannot begin to explain how nice of an overnight stay that my wife and I had at Gibson’s Inn at Gate one. We stayed in the Mason’s Suite in the Lauer house. It was spotless, comfortable, and had lovely touches such as snacks, wine, and other luxurious amenities. The staff were communicative from start to finish, and they made us feel right at home. We stayed at the Gibson Inn for Plebe Parent Weekend and it was exceptional. The location can’t be beat, having parking so easy was a dream and the room was a lovely escape while being close to everywhere we wanted to walk. We stayed in the Laredo Suite. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and it was extensive. The Inn even has a workout room—a convenience we did not expect. We will absolutely choose to stay her again!
This was an amazing experience from start to finish! If I ever need to stay in Annapolis again I will be returning to Gibson's Inn!
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect for visiting the Naval Academy and walking downtown Annapolis. We were so grateful that the staff allowed us to park our car and drop off our luggage even though we arrived hours earlier than checkin. Would definitely stay again in the future.
Love this place!!! It is a very special place to stay and the people who work there are extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, claen, and had lots of little extras like snacks and wine. The breakfast had so many options and all were fantastic. We stayed there for USNA induction day and it will be our go to for the next four years!
