The folks at Gibson Veterinary Clinic have always treated our pets like they were their own. This past weekend, our Golden Retriever, Gus, needed end of life care on a Saturday where they were closed. Dr. Tucker took my calls and came to the clinic to help us with Gus. I cannot tell you how thankful my wife and I are for the kindness and sympathy that they showed us during this very tough time. These folks are really, really good.
This was a first for me and my horses - not the teeth floating but using the electric floating "device" (AKA drill) and all. And here are my thoughts on it in my Review: Very positive experience! Everyone was very professional yet relaxed, even my horses. No one got upset and all the horses I am sure are munching better! THANKS!! I am sure my horses will be seeing Dr. Tucker and Stephanie again!
Dr Norris is top notch, listens to the pet owner and is gentle, thorough with the pet, then gives feedback to the pet owner. She is open to suggestions and counter offers if appropriate. The staff are professional and sociable to pet and owner. Its always a pleasure going to Gibson area Veterinary clinic. AND I love the 3 year rabies vaccine and the clinic takes care of the county registration so it's one less thing for me to do (or forget)!
Came home from work this afternoon to my dog vomiting. Have never been to this clinic before, but they got my baby in immediately! Staff was wonderful, and loved Dr. Norris! My kiddo is now resting comfortably and hungry! Will be taking all of my animals here from now on! Thank you so much!!!
I had an emergency with my small dog who is attacked ..I called another vet first (my regular one) they were not helpful and told me to come in the next day. I knew she could not wait so I called Gibson Vet Clinic. They told me to bring her over right away and they would work me in. I was very grateful that they got me in so quickly. She needed emergency surgery that night on her eye and stitches to her body. They kept me informed every step of the way and I never had a doubt she was in great care. She is healing well. Our dog Maggie had an accident tonight and had a severe injury and the blood was literally squirting out of her leg. When our "regular" vet was unable to be reached and never returned our emergency call; we called here, not only did she answer our call immediately she STAYED after hours to stitch her up. The Dr. could not have been any nicer we are completely switching our animal "family" to here!!! Robert Rock Theresa and Brittany
