Brian Calouri is the GOAT. Gets me great tenants, is with me every step of the way. When I finally sell my South end condo - HE will be the man.
Place absolutely sucks. The employees are awful in a way that can’t be understated. There’s one literally named Adolph. She is one of the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. I do not recommend this place at all.

My partner and I were interested in an apartment through them. We applied and were the only applicant for a little over two weeks, but the realtor wanted “stronger” applicants so they strung us along. Throughout the process they would ask us for additional paperwork to prove our financial status, but then ultimately denied us for “needing” that additional paperwork compared to other applicants. If they didn’t want us as tenants they should have specified from the beginning.
