Really great management by Bozzuto. I’ve grown accustomed to having poor service by property managers, but this is the first building I’ve lived in where the property management puts forth effort into making the daily experience better. I especially love the monthly events they organize which are a real treat!

I had a wonderful time at the Fall Event at The Gibson Santa Monica! The atmosphere was lively and beautifully put together you can really tell how much care goes into making residents feel welcome and appreciated. Ruby, the property manager, and the entire staff are always such a pleasure to work with professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in creating a great community experience. I Highly recommend The Gibson for anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, class, and great people!

I had applied for a unit in Aug 2025, but then discovered an addendum disclosing a death in the unit that management later called a “mistake.” With this uncertainty I decided to cancel my application and worked with management to get this refunded. We are now 3 months from when this was first escalated, 32 message long email threads, and countless hours spent with no refunds received yet. I was in the process of applying for a unit, and when I received the lease it included an addendum disclosing a death in the unit that was not previously mentioned. When I brought it up, management claimed it was a “mistake.” This obviously caused uncertainty if there was actually a death or not so I decided to cancel my application, but I had already paid the $500 deposit and fees which they have refused to refund.
