My name is Harry Fuqua and I am new to this area as far as dental offices go, but I did have an appointment for me and for my fourteen-year-old son today at the Gibson, Zieman and Heath Family Dental Office. I must say that for the procedure we had done today, which was a general tooth cleaning and x-rays, I have never been to a more efficient, friendly and service-oriented office in my 71 years. I was referred by my daughter for an urgent appointment. Your front receptionist, Stephanie, was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with both on the phone and in person. Dr. Heath snd his assist were personable and immediately put me at ease. I felt confident and relaxed during my X-rays, exam, and consultation. I am so relieved to have been able to see Dr. Heath and I am thankful to have him as my dentist.
Dr. Heath was able to see me very quickly (the day after I made an appointment). He was professional and capable. He offered me several options for management of a cosmetic issue. His staff was polite and friendly. I will be returning to his clinic for regular hygienic visits.
I just moved here from NC and was referred to Dr. Gibson. He and Lynn were fantastic! I had an excellent, professional experience. The office was homey and the staff very friendly. I look forward to making this my dental home in GB.
Oh what a feeling! For the first time I’m not afraid of going to the dentist after 70 years of FEAR!!! Everyone’s happy to work here and and have great smiles and I get to see them again in 3 months 😊! Thank you 🙏
