We leased a property managed by Gibson Properties and they were great throughout. They were always available to answer questions or help with things like maintenance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a lease under their management.

When the landlord opted to not renew for reasons not our fault, Patti chose to not respond to texts, emails, or answer our phone calls. We have reported maintenance needs and no one has come by a month later. We also we're accused by the AC co. of stealing copper from the AC unit. Owner found the original blueprints of this AC unit and found the accused stolen item actually never existed for this model. No apologies from anyone.
