The communication is poor. They do not call you back and next steps are vague. I would not take any of my children here again. Good luck getting in if something goes wrong.
Poor communication. Makes promises that can’t be kept. Pushes back appointments due to their lack of preparedness. Lie to you about document handling. It’s too much to type to speak on my specific situation and I don’t have the energy to give to the situation. But I had to write this review to save the next person time and money.
My daughter began her orthodontic treatment at this clinic in January 2019. After almost seven years, the treatment is still not completed. Scheduling appointments has been one of the most difficult parts of the process—there are constant cancellations and it is nearly impossible to secure a stable schedule, which has caused major delays in her treatment.
