This is a 1-person company, with an extremely petty, unprofessional person. Her communication is on the borderline of being insulting. I was an easy tenant -- no repair requests at all, always payed on time -- and when I left, 2 weeks early, with the apartment professionally cleaned, she was writing to me as if to a child.
