Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this provider's office too loud? Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
