I have also had a custom piece made for my daughter for a birthday gift, and it is not only loved by my daughter, but ia a very unique piece no one else will ever have. Customer service is always top notch, the prices are reasonable, and I love seeing the new items in the consignment case. I have purchased 2 rings from the case that were custom made.
